History of Maruyama Boom Sprayers
1st to 3rd generation :
Rear Tank Design
This was the true start of self-propelled boom sprayers. Opting for a simple and functional rear tank design, that carried Maruyama from the late 80s all the way into the early 2000s. By then, it was time for a genuine evolution.
4th to 6th Generation :
BoomROAD TO FULL CABIN
This generation saw minor iterations like moving towards a central tank design as well as offering more variants on tank sizes, along with a shift to HST drive. But the big event here was the 6th generation which introduced Japan’s first full-cabin sprayer.
7th to 9th Generation :
A HEAVY-DUTY UPGRADE
This era saw the biggest upgrades to our design, moving towards heavier-duty sprayers with tank capacity in the thousands, allowing farmers to undertake longer, more demanding tasks with ease and precision.
Evolution :
Full Cabin BSA Models
The latest evolution includes Full Cabin Maruyama BSA models with 1000L, 2000L, and 3000L capacities. Designed for operator comfort and productivity, they come equipped with air conditioning, heater, and cooler systems for all-weather use.
